STATE OF MINNESOTA

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Vergas,

County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 11, 2011, at 6:15 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Vergas Community Center, relating to the request of Jesus Little Lambs Preschool, 301 Altona Ave, Vergas, Minnesota for a 2 foot Variance of the 10 foot side yard setback.

All interest persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing.
